An iterative process to ensure quality

This approach in successive loops allows close collaboration between client, design office and suppliers, ensuring a final product compliant, reliable and optimized.

Key steps

1. Launch and analysis of needs.

The project begins with a client consultation phase, allowing to frame the objectives and collect input data. A detailed analysis of the specifications is carried out in order to fully understand the constraints and expectations.

2. Technical conception and first 3D models

After analysis, our team works on the chain of odds, calculations, and organizes brainstorming sessions. A first 3D draft is produced, which serves as the basis for a co-design with our suppliers.
This phase is iterative: the 3D models are improved based on supplier feedback, in order to ensure optimal feasibility.

3.Preparation for costing

The nomenclature is established to prepare the internal costing, accompanied by detailed plans.

4. Supplier consultation

Internal and external suppliers are consulted to validate the technical and commercial feasibility.
This consultation can take place in several cycles, in order to refine the proposals and ensure a solid commitment on feasibility.

5.Validation, compliance and final iterations

A complete evidence file (models, prototypes, tests, feedback) is established. The regulatory compliance is reviewed.
The phases of technical validation and client presentation are repeated as many times as necessary, to adjust and guarantee the final quality of the project.

6.Presentation and final acceptance

After all validations and adjustments, the final presentation is made with the client. The official acceptance of the design marks the end of the design phase.
