A controlled production and oriented excellence

Our organization and tools ensure a smooth, responsive and compliant production, while promoting continuous improvement and safety on our workshops.

Visual management and rapid reaction

On each line, a visual display allows to follow the performances hour by hour. This allows an immediate reaction to deviations and promotes quick decision-making.

Quality and production rituals

Morning Market

Every morning, a trinomial (line manager, quality, methods) analyzes the non-conformities of the previous day to anticipate and correct quickly.

Yarijimai

This meeting allows to study the gaps of the previous day to understand the causes and define catch-up solutions.

Audits and continuous improvement

Verification of standards

The workplaces, operator standards and assembly lines are audited regularly via methods such as VRS and LPA.

Kaizen

Continuous improvement is based on a Lean Manufacturing approach to optimize processes, reduce waste and improve quality.

Performance monitoring and continuous improvement

Data collection and analysis

We collect data on the FMDS performance tables daily, allowing a regular review of key indicators:

• Security
• Quality
• Deadlines
• Costs
• Production

This data feeds a PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) with definition of actions and responsible pilots.

5-level system

To ensure rapid resolution of discrepancies, an escalation system is in place:

• KS1: production team (operators + team leaders)
• KS2: line manager + quality + methods
• KS3: line manager + production manager
• KS4: Industrial Director + production, logistics managers, Kaizen
• KS5: CODIR (Managing Committee)

Our workshop management: rigeur and reactivity

The performance of our workshops is based on a structured, participatory management and precise monitoring of key indicators (KS). Thanks to a clear organization and adapted tools, we guarantee quality, safety and respect for deadlines at every stage of production.
